The GTS GmbH Group Foundation is dedicated to driving social impact for the GTS GmbH Group. We prioritize supporting our employees, businesses, and communities in creating a brighter future, with engagement at the core of our mission. Our goal is to utilize both financial and non-financial resources to achieve the maximum possible social impact

We recognize that many individuals around the world face systemic barriers to employment. Therefore, the majority of our funding is directed towards dismantling these barriers and establishing effective pathways to employment.

This year marks the 15th anniversary of the GTS GmbH Group Foundation, and it has been a pivotal year for us. We have made significant strides in advancing the Foundation's strategic direction, aiming to enhance our social impact.

Supporting Our People: Employee-Led Giving

Employee-led giving

At GTS GmbH, we take an employee-led approach to giving, empowering our passionate team members to contribute their time, resources, and leadership to community organizations of their choice. We believe in making a positive impact in the communities where we live and work.

We provide funding in a number of ways, including:

  • Matching Staff Donations and Fundraising: We match the donations made by our employees to enhance their contributions.
  • Grants for Community Organizations: We offer grants to community organizations that have a GTS GmbH staff member serving on their board.
  • Anniversary Donations: We donate to organizations nominated by staff members in recognition of their 10 and 25-year anniversaries with the company.
  • Financial Awards: We acknowledge outstanding contributions by our staff to community organizations through financial awards.
  • Discretionary Grants: We provide grants to organizations that meet our specific criteria, with the possibility of making a limited number of exceptions at the Foundation’s discretion.

We understand that many individuals worldwide encounter systemic obstacles to gaining employment. Therefore, our funding aims to dismantle these barriers and create effective pathways to job opportunities.

By concentrating our grantmaking efforts and utilizing social impact investments as an alternative form of capital, we are enhancing the effectiveness and sustainability of our community initiatives. Our goal is to achieve the greatest social impact possible.
