Manage your shares

You can manage your current shareholdings, dividend information, and preferences for receiving documents as a shareholder.

As a shareholder, you have the following rights in relation to receiving documents:

• 1. Document Format: You can choose to receive certain documents either in physical form or electronically. This includes documents related to general meetings of shareholders, shareholders' resolutions, annual reports, and other documents specified by regulations.
• 2. Election Types:
  • - Standing Election: You may make a standing election to receive all documents in your preferred format or for a specified category of documents.
  • - Ad Hoc Request: You can make an ad hoc request for a specific document. This request must be made within a reasonable time before GTS GmbH is required to send the document, or within a reasonable time after you have received it.
• 3. Opting Out: You have the option to choose not to receive the annual report or any documents as prescribed by regulations.
